Bodywise is an embodied approach to health and wellness.
We learn to connect to ourselves more deeply and on all levels,
physically, emotionally, cognitively and spiritually,
bringing a greater sense of health and wholeness.
By connecting with our inner well of wisdom, creativity, and healing we can free
ourselves from patterns of being that perhaps no longer serve us,
and live life to the fullest.

As we move, we can release tensions, relax and restore, allowing our life force to flow more freely. We can bring stability, strength, alignment and freedom. How we are in our bodies affects our psyches, and we can begin to know ourselves better, notice increased confidence, more relaxation, a sense of ease and grace, and an enhanced perception of life and all its possibilities.
In this approach, the body is never forced. It is viewed not as object or a tool, but as holding a knowing often beneath the surface levels of our minds. The art of Bodywise is to learn to tune in to this deeper knowing, and to awaken to the mystery of our embodied movement.
